After working in the heating and cooling business for twelve years, Jerry Kelly and his wife Janet opened their own HVAC company in 1977. They started Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning in a white and green brick building in the historic Frenchtown district of Saint Charles, Missouri. With five technicians and a lot of used trucks, Jerry and his team forged a tradition that still stands to this day, "We don't just say '24-hour service', we follow through."

This same building remains our home, and we've added our custom duct fabrication facility down the street. Jerry is now retired, but Jerry's daughter Jill and her husband Steve Miles are involved with every aspect of the business. Jerry and Janet Kelly are enjoying their retirement, but still play important roles in the company and the St. Charles community. And three of the five original technicians remain a part of our 50-plus team of managers, install techs, service techs, customer service representatives, dispatchers, and comfort specialists.
