Seeking technically capable and experienced HVAC Install and Service Technicians
Full-time position with an organization that rewards responsibility and professionalism on the job. Primary responsibilities are impeccable customer service and communication with residential customers, detail orientation in all duties (service, clean up, paperwork, etc.) and the ability to enhance continued business relations. Great benefit package includes company vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and generous group-insurance benefits. Candidates must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.

Jerry Kelly HVAC's Hiring Process
The screening process we use is extremely thorough. We start by asking each applicant to fill out an application and submit resume. If your qualifications match our needs, we will invite you to take two assessments - one to see if your personality is a match and a second to assess your aptitude. Candidates for technician positions are also invited to take a mechanical aptitude test. All of this is required before the possibility of first interview.
Each employee must pass a pre-employment drug test and authorize a background check. Technicians also must hold several certifications including, but not limited to, EPA certification, NATE certification, Heat Exchanger certification, NCI combustion certification, and Liquid Petroleum Gas Certification within 90 days after hire.
