The Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning Hiring Process

Our screening process is extremely thorough. We begin by asking applicants to submit a resume and fill out our internal application. If your qualifications match our needs, we invite you to take two assessments: one to determine if your personality is a match for our team, and a second to assess your aptitude. Technician candidates also complete a mechanical aptitude test. (These steps are required before the possibility of a first interview.)

Each employee must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Technicians must also hold several certifications within 90 days after hire: EPA certification, NATE certification, heat exchanger certification, NCI combustion certification, and liquid petroleum gas certification.

Seeking Technically Capable & Experienced HVAC Install & Service Technicians

Full-time position with an organization that rewards responsibility and job professionalism. Primary responsibilities include impeccable customer service and communication with residential customers, detail-oriented approach to all duties (service, cleanup, paperwork, etc.), and the ability to enhance continued business relations.

Comprehensive benefit package includes company vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and generous group insurance benefits. Candidates must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.

  • Ability to pass drug screening
