I've heard of Trane®, Goodman®, Rheem®, and other brands, but why haven't I heard of Emerald® equipment?

Emerald equipment is exclusive to Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning so you won't find it anywhere else. We meet with several manufacturers every year to oversee their production process and to ensure the quality of their work is superb. Through constant research, we are able to bring the highest quality work, most reliable parts, and absolute best manufacturer at the current time directly to you as an Emerald system. The bottom line is that you can count on any Emerald equipment.
Tell me about the two financing options through Wells Fargo.
Thank you for choosing Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning to install your new equipment. Below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions concerning the financing of your purchase.
 Option One:
12 Months, No Interest
(Must Be Paid Off Within 12 Months to Incur No Interest)
- Who is providing the financing?
Your purchase is being financed through the Wells Fargo Home Projects VISA credit card. You will receive in the mail a credit card with the VISA logo on it. The VISA credit limit is separate from the line of credit used to finance your equipment purchase. You do not have to activate the VISA credit limit if you do not wish to. The VISA credit limit will only be activated if you call the 800 number on the sticker on the front of the card.
- Will I receive a payment book?
Your purchase is not a fixed installment loan, but a revolving charge similar to any other credit card purchase. You will not receive a payment book, but will receive a monthly statement in the mail. Your first statement will arrive approximately in 30 to 45 days after your installation.
- Who do I make my payments to?
You will make your payments to Wells Fargo, not Jerry Kelly.
- How much will my payments be?
You have chosen the 12 months, No Interest payment plan. You will be required to make a regular payment of 3.5% of the amount financed or a minimum of $35. This payment amount is fixed based on the initial purchase amount. Example: Total amount financed, $9000.00. The minimum payment would be $315.00 ($9000 X .035).
- I thought I was on a no interest plan, but there are interest charges on my statement?
During the 12 month period, interest will accrue on your account at the rate of 27.99%, but all those charges will be waived as long as the amount financed is paid in full with in the 12 months.

9.9% Fixed Interest
(Financed hrough the Wells Fargo Home Projects Visa credit card)

You have chosen the 9.9% Fixed Interest payment plan. You will be required to make a minimum payment of 1/50th or 2% of the amount financed. This minimum amount is fixed based on the initial purchase amount. Example: Total amount financed, $9000.00. The minimum payment would be $180.00 ($9000 X .02).
- Is there a penalty for paying off my account early?
There is no penalty for early payoff. The sooner you pay off your account the less interest charges you will incur.
