After a very thorough pass through our home from room to room several time including the room housing the furnace, she found no issues indicating a problem with the furnace. But she switched out the CO2 monitor just in case just in case that was the problem. Which it appears it was because we've had no further issues and we were able to get a Good Night Sleep.   • Larry S. I called because the flame sensor on our furnace was causing issues. I was going to pick one up and just wanted the part. I was told that the service was included in the warranty and they would take care of it. Got an immediate appointment and the problem was solved. Tom Duncan answered the call and had the problem fixed in no time, but he discovered that an adjustment needed to be made to keep the problem from recurring. He took care of that, noticed that our humidifier filter needed changing and took care of that too. All for just the cost of the filter! These folks really know their stuff and are so easy to work with! Couldn't be happier!
