If you’ll recall, value number 16 was, “As a leader in the HVAC industry we will grow, adapt and change to remain a leader.” Well, now we’re doing just that by adding a brand new Core Value to that list! Today we’re going to talk about Jerry Kelly’s 29th Core Value and what it means for both our customers and our employees.


What are Jerry Kelly’s Core Values?


Jerry Kelly’s Core Values are a list of 29 statements that define the kind of company that we are and how we set our sights on future growth. It’s also a list of promises that we make to our customers so that they can always expect the highest quality of service, as well as to our employees so that they can count on coming to work every day in the best-possible environment.


It’s our commitment to these Core Values that have allowed us to earn prestigious recognition from our customers as the Number One Heating and Cooling Contractor in St. Charles and from our employees as One of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Places to Work.

So without further ado, we would like to introduce you to our newest Core Value: We treat everyone with kindness and respect. We are sensitive to other’s feelings.


This is another value that we believe applies to both our customers and our employees. For our customers, it means that we will always put ourselves in your shoes when something goes wrong with your heating and cooling systems. We know how frustrating it can be when your home is not comfortable, because it would be frustrating for us too! And we know how to step back and listen to any of the questions, comments and concerns that our customers might have, and we can use that information to improve our business practices.


For our employees, it’s a promise that everyone will be treated with the respect that they deserve, regardless of his or her position in our company.
