Tax-free weekend isn’t just for the kiddos anymore! I know that buying an air conditioner or furnace isn’t as much fun as backpacks and pencils, but you save a whole lot more on these higher-dollar items, and you’ll get a full week to save on taxes. Now you can find another reason to get that big ‘old air conditioning unit or furnace you’ve put off buying. Now that I’ve already got you up and running for the phone to call and buy a new air conditioner or furnace (ha!), you haven’t even heard everything yet. As mentioned in our blog post yesterday, there is also a rebate that can get you up to $575 off Energy Star appliances. Those rebates are good from 4/19 until they run out.
